Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Beauty Garage believes in going the extra mile for its consumers, so it has a generous cancellation and refund policy.
You have the option to cancel your orders.
Order cancellation prior to shipping: Orders can be cancelled by visiting the website, checking in to your account.
Cancellations after Shipping: Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please refuse the cargo upon delivery, and if the price has already been paid, contact customer service, and we will refund your money or accept the product returns.
We value customer happiness; if you would like to get a refund, please contact our customer service or write to us at email to request a refund. Any request made within xx days of the order will be eligible for a full refund.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment mode, and the credits will be reversed within 3-5 business days. A payment link will be given to your registered email address and cellphone number for cash on delivery orders; bank account details must be submitted for refund processing.
The products (used or unused) must be returned to us at the following address in all refund cases:
Refunds for prepaid orders will be made in the same way that the money was received within 10 working days of receiving the returned product. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be paid to the bank account that you specify with your refund request.
If you believe you have received the goods in poor condition or that the packaging has been tampered with, and the package is in such a state that you cannot begin using the product, please contact the customer support staff by writing to us at (Email). Your damaged item will be replaced at no additional cost with a new brand packaging.
