At Beauty Garage, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Returns & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, missing, or incorrect.
- A parcel unboxing video is mandatory to process any return/exchange.
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Contact Us
Email our Customer Support team at help@beautygarage.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Provide Details
Share your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and attach images of the product along with the unboxing video and invoice.
Product Pickup
We will arrange for pickup within 2-4 business days. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Reverse Pickup Process
The return pickup will be assigned within 24-48 hours, and the product will be collected in another 2-4 working days. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
Note:
- Free gifts included with the original purchase must be returned.
- The product must be returned in full, including all components and complimentary items received.
- Refunds will be initiated only after a careful inspection of the returned product.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If The Product Is
- Damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Has been used or opened.
- The return request is due to personal preference (change of mind, dislike, or not required).
- Missing its original packaging, price tags, labels, freebies, or accessories.
- The serial number is tampered with.
- The product is defective but not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- The product has been used, altered, or damaged post-delivery.
- The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- The product was a free promotional item.
Kits, Sets, and Combos
Individual products within a kit/set/combo cannot be returned separately. Returns or replacements apply only to the entire set in case of damage or defects.
Sale, Special Discounts
Products purchased under the Sale or Special Discounts are not eligible for returns or replacements unless received in a damaged or defective condition, or if an incorrect product was sent.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 15 working days of receiving the returned goods. The refund method depends on the original payment mode:
Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets)
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7-10 business hours after receiving your bank details.
- The amount will reflect in your account within 2-3 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once received.
If eligible, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after cancellation confirmation.
Products in kits, sets, or combos cannot be individually replaced or returned—only the complete set is eligible for replacement in case of damage/defect.
