We are led by our founders and promoters, Jigar Babubhai Ravaria and Mahesh Babubhai Ravaria, who are actively involved in the management and strategic direction of our Company and serve as Executive Directors. Jigar Babubhai Ravaria holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce and oversees the finance, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, administration, and compliance related functions of our Company. In addition, he is involved in conceptualizing and designing product formulations and product concepts, taking into account prevailing trends in the professional hair care and cosmetics segment. Mr. Mahesh Babubhai Ravaria holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and oversees the sales and marketing functions of our Company. His responsibilities include developing sales strategy, leading marketing initiatives, developing the distribution network, managing customer relationships, and building the brand.

Our promoters commenced their entrepreneurial journey in a retail cosmetics business, gaining exposure to retail operations, customer behaviour, and product positioning. Thereafter, they were engaged in the import and trading business as partners of MJ Trading, wherein, during the period from 2017 to 2021, they were involved in the sale and distribution of imported cosmetic brands in India, providing experience in sourcing, pricing, quality standards, and distribution dynamics.

According to the Industry Report, the Masstige segment is projected to take the lead with a 45.8% share by FY 2030. This shift is by rising disposable incomes, growing consumer aspiration toward higher-quality and premium products, the influence of social media, and the wider availability of masstige offerings across tier-I and beyond cities. The Premium segment, though smaller at 12.5% in FY 2025, is expected to expand to 13.4% by FY 2030, registering a CAGR of 12.2%, supported by premiumization trends, ingredient-led innovations, and increasing consumer willingness to spend on specialized hair care solutions. With over 14 years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry, our Promoters recognised both the rapid growth of the market and the absence of affordable offering professional–grade hair care products. This insight led them to prioritise product quality as the foundation of their entry into the professional hair care segment. Our brand 'Beauty Garage' was established in 2019 and we were incorporated in 2021 as a hair care solution brand for the professional hair care segment.
