What to include
- Order ID and registered mobile/email
- Issue type: Delivery | Damaged/Defective | Wrong item | Payment/Refund | Warranty | Account/Website | Accessibility
- Description (what happened, when)
- Photos/short video of outer box, inner packing, product, invoice (for damage/DOA)
Timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours
- Resolution target: as soon as possible; within 15 days at the latest
- Refunds: initiated after QC/approval; banks may take 5 business days to reflect
Quick guidance
- Package tampered? Please refuse delivery and contact us.
- Marked “delivered” but not received? Tell us within 48 hours.
- DOA/major defect: Report within 7 days for fastest replacement.
