Product Warranty Policy
Scope: Purchases on www.beautygarage.com delivered within India. Proof of purchase (Order ID/invoice) required.
Coverage
- Electrical & Electronic Tools (e.g., Laser/LED Comb, Heating Cap, Galvanic Massager): 12 months from invoice — manufacturing defects only.
 - Non-Electrical Tools & Accessories: 6 months — manufacturing defects only.
 - Cosmetics & Consumables: No separate warranty — covered by 15-day return/replacement for damaged/defective/wrong items.
 - Bundled chargers/cables/batteries: Covered under the appliance warranty.
 
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects under normal domestic use (per manual).
 - DOA/major defect reported within 15 days of delivery.
 
Not covered
- Misuse, drops/impact/liquid, wrong voltage/power surge, improper storage.
 - Unauthorized repairs/mods; missing/altered serial/QR.
 - Normal wear & cosmetic damage; use against instructions.
 - Purchases from unauthorized sellers/marketplaces; resold units.
 
How to claim (quick)

 - Share Order ID, product, issue, photos/video (and serial label if present).
 - We’ll guide troubleshooting → if unresolved, inspection/pickup or approved self-ship (reimbursed).
 
Resolution (at our discretion)
- Repair (new/refurb parts) • Replacement (new/refurb) • Refund if repair/replace not feasible.
 - Serviced/replaced units carry remaining original warranty or 90 days (whichever longer).
 
Logistics
- Within 15 days (DOA): Free pickup + replacement after verification.
 - Within warranty (approved defect): Two-way shipping covered.
 - No fault found/ineligible: Returned to you; shipping may apply.
 
Other terms
- Non-transferable. Valid only in India for purchases on www.beautygarage.com.
 - Liability limited to repair/replacement/refund as above.
