These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern every purchase made on beautygarage.com (“Platform”), operated by Beauty Garage Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding contract with Beauty Garage Limited on these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These Terms should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with us.

We are an inventory-led manufacturer and seller. All products listed on the Platform are owned by us and dispatched from our own warehouse. We are not a marketplace and do not sell on behalf of third-party sellers.
Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order on the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse orders from any person who does not meet these criteria.
Product Listings and Descriptions
We endeavour to ensure that all product information on the Platform, including descriptions, ingredient lists, images, usage instructions, and claims, is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Platform are error-free, complete, or current.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colour, texture, and packaging may vary slightly from what is depicted due to photographic conditions, screen settings, or batch-to-batch variation in natural ingredients. The physical product label and packaging remain the authoritative source of product information.
Where a product is listed with a specific weight, volume, or count, this refers to the net content as stated on the product packaging. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated.
Formation of Contract
A contract for the sale of goods is formed between you and Beauty Garage Limited at the point of dispatch, not at the point of order placement or payment. The sequence of events is as follows:
- Order placement: you place an order by selecting products, entering your delivery address and payment details, and confirming your order. This constitutes an offer to purchase.
- Order confirmation: we send you an order confirmation by email and SMS. This acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
- Acceptance and contract formation: we accept your order when we dispatch the product and send you a dispatch confirmation with a shipment tracking number. The contract is formed at this point.
- Invoice: a GST invoice will be issued and sent to your registered email address at the time of dispatch.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any stage before dispatch, for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure of payment authorisation. If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be initiated.
Pricing
Displayed prices
All prices on the Platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you confirm your order at checkout, not the price at any earlier or later time.
Pricing errors
We take reasonable steps to ensure pricing accuracy. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system error, or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will notify you of the error and the cancellation promptly.
Promotional pricing
Promotional prices, discount codes, and sale prices are valid only during the stated promotional period and subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Discount codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be applied retrospectively after an order is placed. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
GST and taxes
All prices include GST at the applicable rate. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every order and sent to your registered email address. If you require the invoice to be issued in the name of a business entity, please ensure the GSTIN and business name are accurately entered at the time of checkout. We are unable to revise invoices after they have been issued.
Payment
Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods on the Platform: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay); debit cards; net banking; UPI (all major UPI apps); digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, and others as listed at checkout); and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
Payment processing
All online payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway partners. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or net banking credentials. Payment information is encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, to your chosen payment method.
Payment failure
If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, your order will not be confirmed and no amount will be charged. If an amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, please contact us at help@beautygarage.com with your transaction reference number. Such amounts, if received by us, will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on select orders subject to order value limits, product eligibility, and delivery location, as displayed at checkout. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown before you confirm your order. Please have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being restricted on your account.
We will never contact you to request payment outside the Platform, ask for your OTP, card number, CVV, or PIN, or request a bank transfer to settle an order. Please report any such contact to help@beautygarage.com immediately.
Product Availability
All products are sold subject to availability. Availability is indicated on the product page and at checkout. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any product. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed but before dispatch, we will notify you and offer you the option of a full refund, a substitute product of equivalent value (subject to your consent), or a delayed fulfilment once the product is back in stock.
Where an order includes multiple products and one or more items are unavailable, we may dispatch the available items and refund the amount for the unavailable items, or hold the entire order until all items are available, depending on your preference. We will contact you to confirm your preference before taking action.
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on a Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates based on standard operating conditions and are not contractual delivery dates. Actual delivery may be affected by high order volumes, weather events, logistics disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
Title to and risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address you provided at checkout. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods after delivery has been completed.

Title, Risk, and Ownership
Ownership of and title to the products passes to you upon full receipt of payment and delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. If you arrange for a third party to collect the products on your behalf, risk passes at the point of collection.
We retain a lien over all goods until full payment has been received. In the event of a disputed or failed payment, we reserve the right to recover the goods.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Our Cancellation Return and Refund Policy, available at beautygarage.com/pages/cancellation-policy, sets out the full terms applicable to order cancellations, product returns, and refunds. The key terms are summarised below:
- Cancellations: you may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us at help@beautygarage.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Returns: we accept returns only where a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence including an unboxing video.
- Refunds: refunds are credited to the original payment source within the timelines set out in the Cancellation Return and Refund Policy, following approval of the cancellation or return.
- Non-returnable items: used or opened products, products with missing seals, trial packs, and products purchased under special promotions are not eligible for return.
Product Warranty: All Beauty Garage products are manufactured to meet applicable quality and safety standards under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Bureau of Indian Standards specifications, where mandated. We warrant that products sold through beautygarage.com are genuine, authentic Beauty Garage products that conform to their product descriptions at the time of dispatch.
We do not warrant that any product will produce a specific result for any individual user, as outcomes may vary depending on individual hair and scalp conditions, usage patterns, and other factors. Please refer to our Product Disclaimer at beautygarage.com/pages/disclaimer for full details.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper storage, use contrary to instructions, use beyond the product’s expiry date or Period After Opening, or use of the product by persons with known allergies to listed ingredients.
Your Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law. You have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. You have the right to a remedy if goods do not conform to these standards. You have the right to raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer and, if unresolved, to approach the appropriate consumer forum.
These Terms do not limit or exclude any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you in connection with any sale made through the Platform is limited to the purchase price of the specific product or products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your purchase or use of our products.
We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to follow product usage instructions; use of the product for a purpose for which it was not intended; failure to conduct a patch test; or use of the product in combination with other products or treatments in a manner not recommended by us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fire, epidemics, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government orders or restrictions, strikes, or failure of third-party logistics or technology providers. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer you the option of a revised delivery date or a full refund.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, pricing structure, payment methods, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted at beautygarage.com/pages/terms-of-sale with a revised effective date. The Terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time your order is confirmed. Changes to these Terms will not affect orders already placed.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to a purchase made on the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We and you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.
General Provisions
Entire agreement: these Terms, read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Return and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Product Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in respect of any purchase made on the Platform.
Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver: our failure to enforce any right under these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
