- We will arrange pickup within 2-4 business days.
- Pickup is assigned within 24-48 hours.
- Collection happens in 2-4 working days.
- Refunds or replacements are initiated only after inspection of the returned product.
Yes, any free gifts or complimentary items received with your order must be returned.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original source within 7-10 working days.
- COD Orders: Processed via bank transfer/UPI within 7-10 business hours after sharing your bank details; amount reflects in 2-3 business days.
No, individual products from kits/sets/combos cannot be returned separately. Returns/replacements apply only to the entire set in case of damage/defect.
Products bought during sales or discounts are not eligible for returns/exchanges, except if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns will not be accepted if the product:
- Is used, opened, or tampered with.
- Is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Is missing original packaging, tags, freebies, or accessories.
- Has a tampered serial number.
- It was a free promotional item.
- The request was raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Orders can be canceled only if not shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You can, however, request a return after delivery.
If eligible, refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours after cancellation confirmation.
