This website is the only channel authorised by Beauty Garage Limited for direct online sales to individual consumers in India. Beauty Garage Limited is an inventory-led manufacturer and direct seller of its own professional hair care products and accessories. We are not a marketplace, aggregator, or intermediary. All products listed and sold on beautygarage.com are manufactured by or for Beauty Garage Limited, held in our own inventory, and dispatched from our own warehouse. There are no third-party sellers on this Platform.

Mandatory Product and Labelling Declarations
In accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, and the Bureau of Indian Standards specifications applicable to cosmetic products, we display the following information on each product pack and, where applicable, on the relevant product page on the Platform:

Manufacturer name, address, and manufacturing licence number.
Packer and importer details, where applicable.
Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of all taxes.
Net quantity (weight, volume, or count as applicable).
Batch number or lot number.
Month and year of manufacture, packing, or import.
Best before date or Period After Opening (PAO), where applicable.
Country of origin, for imported goods or ingredients.
Complete ingredient list (INCI list) in descending order of concentration.
Usage instructions and precautions.
Consumer care contact details.

The physical product label and packaging remain the authoritative and definitive source of product information. In the event of any discrepancy between information on the Platform and information on the packaging, the packaging shall prevail.

All Beauty Garage products are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as required under Schedule M of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. Where products are manufactured at contract manufacturing sites, the relevant site details are disclosed on the product label.

Payments
Card, UPI, net banking, and digital wallet payments on beautygarage.com are processed through authorised, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. Beauty Garage Limited does not store your full card number, CVV, or net banking credentials. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders subject to order value limits and delivery location eligibility, as displayed at checkout.

Data Protection
Beauty Garage Limited processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the DPDP Rules, 2025, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer. All consumer complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and we aim to resolve them within 15 business days, or 30 days for complex matters.

In summary: orders may be cancelled before dispatch; returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products; and refunds are processed to the original payment source following quality check approval.

The name "Beauty Garage", all associated logos, product names, trade dress, and all content on beautygarage.com are the intellectual property of Beauty Garage Limited or its licensors, protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from the Platform is prohibited.

Accuracy and Updates
We strive to ensure that all information on beautygarage.com, including product descriptions, ingredient lists, prices, and regulatory declarations, is accurate and current. However, packaging and product labels remain the authoritative source where any discrepancy exists between the Platform and the physical product.
