Return Policy (Only for Damaged Products)
We accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos or a video of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a return or replacement as applicable.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than damage.
Refund Policy (Non-Damaged Products & Shipping Charges)
Refunds are processed only after the product is inspected and approved.
If a customer requests a refund even when the product is not damaged, the refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges (including delivery and return shipping costs).
Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
Return/Exchange window: Request within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged/missing/incorrect. An unboxing video is mandatory. We arrange pickup in 2–4 business days; item must be in original condition with all seals/labels/accessories. Certain products/conditions are ineligible(e.g., used/opened items, incomplete sets, freebies not returned).
Refund timelines/method: Typically within 15 working days after we receive and inspect returns.
Prepaid orders (Cards/Net-Banking/UPI/Wallets): Refund to the original source within ~7–10 working days.
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI post receipt of bank details (reflection typically 10-15 business days).
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only if not shipped.
Trial Packs – Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
All trial packs are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. As these products are offered at a low price point, the cost of reverse logistics and shipping exceeds the product value, making returns or refunds unfeasible. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.
